Advanced Artist Development Studio

For Artists Ready to Take the Next Leap

The Advanced Artist Development Program at Bridge and Tunnel is designed for young performers who are serious about their craft and ready for a deeper level of training. This audition-based program is more than a set of classes—it’s a personalized journey built around curiosity, discovery, and human-centered development. While we do accept artists on a rolling basis, enrollment is limited to a small cohort to ensure every artist receives individualized attention, meaningful mentorship, and the opportunity to fully engage with all classes, workshops, and resources.

We know every artist has a different path. That’s why this program provides tailored one-on-one coaching, small group intensives, and industry-focused mentorship to meet each performer where they are and guide them toward where they want to be.

What Makes This Program Different

  • Triple-Threat & Beyond: Advanced training in acting, singing, and dance—plus specialized work in styles like musical theatre belt, commercial acting, and on-camera technique.

  • Individualized Mentorship: 1:1 coaching focused on vocal technique, monologues, audition prep, and portfolio development.

  • Industry Insights and Management: Resume and portfolio creation, audition coaching, professional photography, and real-world preparation for stage, film, and beyond.

  • Performance Opportunities: From studio shows to professional jobs, we look for experiences and partnerships that allow artists to apply what they’ve learned and step confidently into the spotlight.

  • Curiosity-Driven Learning: Every project, rehearsal, and coaching session is an opportunity to explore, ask questions, and discover your unique artistic voice.

  • Agency Placement and Management: While Bridge and Tunnel is not an agency, we collaborate with trusted industry partners and work closely with artists to help them secure representation that best aligns with their goals, readiness, and individual path.

A Program for Families, Too

Parents play a vital role in their artist’s journey, and this program includes resources and guidance to help families navigate the professional side of the arts. From understanding casting processes to supporting balance between training and school, we’re here to make the path clearer and more sustainable for everyone involved.

Cost & Access

We believe advanced training should be accessible without being overwhelming. That’s why our program includes:

  • Unlimited access to all in-person and online classes & workshops

  • A weekly 30-minute one-on-one coaching and management session

  • Full use of tools, resources, and industry prep materials

  • Full year of artist development that may include an artist assessment, personal brand development, website, headshots and photography, class recommendations and placement, setup with industry tools and profiles, demo reel, clips, and social media guidance

  • Family support for young artists

Your monthly investment covers everything—no hidden fees, no surprise add-ons—because we want our artists focused on their growth, not their wallet. After your first year of development, we will discuss your progress and next steps for agency placement, collegiate or conservatory programs, and/or continued development work.

At Bridge and Tunnel, we strive to keep opportunities affordable and inclusive, ensuring every artist has the chance to discover, create, and thrive. Our program is built on a sliding scale system, and we do offer limited scholarship opportunities. Do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.
